Whats happening here?

So i started this skimmer 2 days ago nyos 120. I opened the air instake all the way. And the adjustement screw all the way up too. Its been 2 days. My tank is filled with tiny bubbles which i dont mind. But is this lile normal behavior?

Not normal, but a frequent issue. Not familiar with your skimmer to offer any constructive suggestions.

Where is the collection cup? How high do you have sump water?

Yes. Fairly common in new tanks with new skimmer break in especially if you are adding any chemicals to the tank. Which you shouldn't be. It make take a week or more. Run carbon in the sump.

I just got this nyos quantumn 120 skimmer a while ago. 3 days ago i decided to use it. Opened the air intake all the way up. And opened the screw adjustement all the way up too. Turned it on removed the cup and let it overflow. And thats the current situation for it. Do i just wait few more...

He has a whole other thread on that going and was told to remove the cup during skimmer break in period.
