What's happening to my acans?

Something weird is going on with my acans. They started to retreat about 2 weeks ago, one is turning brown. They other is covered in some white/clear stuff?

This is happening to all 3 colonies. I tried moving them into shade/different spots but no luck. I'm sure they will die and never recover, just wondering what's going on. Everything else in my tank is thriving.

Yep everything's good on that end. I didn't know if it was something that just affects acans or what not
