Looks bleached maybe due to strong lighting

im going to try and give it a smell today if it doesnt stink i will try and get it to reattach to the rock i had my lights turned down to maybe 30-40% when i first put the nem in then it started to not look so good so i turned them brighter over the last 10 days looks to have gotten worse now
