I am not sure how I got them so far only noticed them in the sump.

. They probably hitchhiked in on live rock or frags. It's a sign of a healthy tank!

Someone told me that it's possibly " Look like nudibranches" I am hoping its not .
It's sponges. Put your finger in the tank and gently press on one. Should be soft and easily compresses and returns to shape. Might come off the glass of it does , pull it and look at it. Squeeze it and see it's like what I described.
