What's killing my favia?

I am trying to figure out what's up with my favia frag I'm thinking red slime is killing it... Should have green mouth with a grey ridges and it's not looking to good right now other corals are doing fine for the moment

Can be a number of things:
High alk
High salinity
Low ca
High ma
Too much light
Too much water flow
Pests
High temperature

temp 76-79
Alk 8-9
Mag 1300
Ca 440
Nitrate < .4
Ph. 8.1-8.3
Salinity 1.025
