My tank is cycled. What to do next? Do I introduce couple of clowns and change water few days latter or change water and then fish?

No need to do a water change if your parameters are all in spec. But if you have high nitrates and phosphates as a result of the tank cycling then I would do a water change
Parameters are good. Do I introduce fish and few days latter change water?

Personally with newer tanks I only do water changes when sucking out detritus or to lower nutrients or when treating with chems. If your levels are good then let it be. Your tank will benefit from being able to handle nutrient spikes on its own. After you add a couple fish you will most likely see the nutrients climb. You need to decide what your limits for your parameters are going to be. If your levels go outside those limits then perform a water change. After a while you will be able to get a feel for how often a WC is needed. Then you can just work it into your maintenance routine (ie: small auto water changes daily, 10% weekly, 20% twice a month, 30% monthly, etc...). I find the less I intervene with my system the better it does. Not to say I don’t have a preventative maintenance schedule. But once you have that established do your best to stay consistent.

You can start introducing fish to your DT. Although I suggest that whatever fish you do decide to get, that you quarantine them first. This way you don't introduce any parasites or diseases.

Excellent Thank you so much. This advice is what I'm going to follow.
