Just noticed this white growth in my female Picasso clowns tail any advice would be appreciated

You sure it's not just sand? A clownfish's thick mucous coat easily captures debris.
If it's a parasite, like ich, it should remain in the same spot for at least a few days and also spread to other locations on the body/fins.
Another possibility is Lymphocystis (more info below). How long have you had these clownfish?
Lymphocystis:
Symptoms - Lymphocystis appears as a white or beige colored cauliflower-like growth that usually starts on the fins and spines and sometimes spreads to the body. Initially it may be small (looks like ich), and then grows in size (which is how you know it’s not ich). Lympho is a virus that many fish carry for life. Fortunately, it is rarely fatal or even harmful to the fish, and symptoms will come and go.
Treatment options - No known cure or treatment exists. However, feeding vitamin-enriched foods and maintaining pristine water conditions may expedite the “going away” process.

Have had these clowns for over three years they're my pride and joy... Hoping for just sand or maybe a fresh wound as her and the male have been frisky as of late

i feed LRS reef frenzy twice daily and have an at home water softening system connected to an RODI unit so i'll keep up on the water and watch her... she's never had signs of this before...

It's a virus many fish carry for life (IME; it's pretty widespread). I can't remember the last time I didn't see a butterfly develop Lympho in QT. My PBT had it for years and years, but I would only see symptoms if she got stressed (moving her to a different tank.) I think that's how it is with a lot of fish. They have Lympho, you just never see it so long as water quality/nutrition is good.

Could also be a small blister from a coral sting. Zoas sting my fish randomly.

Keeps going through short fits of swimming against the glass not sure why doing a 15 gallon water change tomorrow hopefully it will help

Her face yea she was swimming into it for a minute at a time a few times in a fifteen minute window now stopped and is sleeping in her nem

A month ago I added three Cardinal fish but they're not acting strange everyone is eating as well

No they weren't. I trust the store I got them from they are the only place I buy any livestock from. I will buy some aqua pro cure in the morning and start treatments

well, i did a 25% water change yesterday added some carbon and a purigen packet. as of this morning the growth is gone and her behavior is back to normal.
rand down to the lfs i purchased the cardinals at and spoke with the owner who I've become very friendly with and we came to the conclusion it was bad water quality.
unfortunately my RO/DI System is due for just about everything...

@Humblefish seems to still be there. Only now it's moved by her mouth not sure what I have going on here any help is appreciated
