Should I try to pluck it off

They are way too quick to pluck off. I use a majano wand, and while it works great for those attached to the surface of the rock, it does nothing to the ones that are buried in a crack which is most of them. They retract when I get about a half inch with the wand and they do so with lightning speed.

Sounds like it’s near a coral? If it’s on something that can be removed for a short
time like a frag plug, id recommend taking the frag out and removing the aiptasia outside of the tank so it doesn’t seed the rest of your tank. Even a small container of tank water that doesn’t go back in. Then superglue the spot on the frag that it grow on. I’d completely cover the frag plug with glue (except the spot with the coral obviously) The coral might get stressed but it’ll recover. You don’t want an infestation.

Thanks for the tips and advice
