What's on my palys

When I purchased this rock from the lfs it had two visible polyps and in the last two months I've had tons of additional growth on it. It's always looked healthy except for two polyps that have these brown bubbles on it. Almost as if they were burned or agitated. It hasn't gotten any better or worse since I've had it and no other polyps have had signs of it.

What do you think it is

I don't think it is cause it's us the actual skin of the paly

Strange :-/ I've got some of those and have never seen that before. Acne maybe lol. Doesn't look like its harming the paly. You could err on the side of caution and just peal that one paly off the rock and get rid of it.
