What's on my puffers eye?

What's on my spiney box puffers eye? So... I bought this puffer yesterday and didn't notice this at the lfs. After acclimation is when we first noticed it when we're were about to get him out of the bag. I thought it was something from inside the bag that may just fall off.

Any ideas what this is?

I'm not sure what that is either. How long has it been there? Did it start small and get larger over time? How long have you had the puffer? Is the white spot raised off the skin?

I bought it Saturday and it wasn't like this at the lfs. It is raised.

That's strange, looks too large to be flukes.
@Lionfish Lair any large pests that behave/look this way?

Ok thank yall! It wasn't there at the lfs when I bought it. We first seen it when we were acclimating fish and about to get him out of the bag. I was thinking it could've been something in the bag or that they scooped up when they bagged him up but it's been 2 days now and it's still not fell off. He's eating fine and acting good right now.

What is wrong with my puffer? I'm thinking fin rot ! And what is best way to treat him?? Sry about the dirty back glass.
