what's on my snail?

any idea what these pink/white fuzzy tubes are on the snail shell?

Looks like a rather large hydroid colony. Search for "colonial hydroids" for comparison.

and somehow the only tank I have ever seen them in is my dwarf seahorse tank.. ugh. thanks. that might explain where t he little jellies i saw the other night came from out of no where.

now what to do.. throw the snail in a tank with some wrasse or just scrub his shell clean? thought?

Yup, thats likely where the jellies came from. You could try scrubbing them.
