So I picked up 5 Mexican turbo snails today and noticed that one of them had a zoa looking Critter on its shell does anybody know what this is the center of it seems to be? Good? Bad?

It's an anemone, for certain not a zoanthid.

Whether it's the dreaded Aiptasia, I'm less certain - it doesn't really look very much like other appies I've seen, but it's up to you to take the chance.

Not an aiptasia. Not a majano. Not a ball anemone/pseudocorynactis/corynactis. I assume it's a type of hitchhiker anemone but determining species will be extremely difficult smaller actinaria (sea anemones) are not well researched/documented in Mexico and the Caribbean. Just keep an eye on it
