+1 for bubble algae, remove this as soon as possible. This stuff can spread throughout the whole tank so I suggest looking up the best methid that would work for you.

Grab a container of tank water, remove the colony carefully without popping the bubbles. Place into said container and scrap it away getting underneath as deep as possible without harming the polyps. Then do a hydrogen peroxide dip to clean away any spores possibly left behind. This keeps it from spreading. Zoas will be ticked for a day or two but as long as they’re closed up before the dip they will survive. I’ve done it to eliminate other types of unwanted algae on my plugs with zoas.
 
since your tank is not that very old ,,did you buy the coral with the bubble algae on it already?

I've had that coral for about a month. Just popped up yesterday
