Whats on my Zoas?

Does anyone know what these are on my Zoas? They look like small fans, this frag had 2 different types of Zoas, one type is doing fine while the other type got completely covered by these fans. If I pick them off they just regrow in a matter of days

I don't think they are since they are solid green. These pictures are much clearer.

No it seems easily removable. I would pull it off with your fingers.
