It's looks like it's growing off the frag between the polyps & it's out growing the Zoas.

It's hard to tell under the blue lights (images under white light, ex. with a flashlight, would be best for an ID), but I think the organism in question is a sponge. Usually they do not smother corals, though as this one is growing inside a coral, I would assume it should be removed (though I have no coral experience and have never actively tried to eliminate sponges). Others on Reef2Reef have recommended injecting sponges with air, boiling water, or hydrogen peroxide to kill them.
 
Thanks, went into World Wide & they said it's an aggressive sponge

Poriferan sponge and can be picked off with a dental pick or small crochet needle and discarded. Other option is to carefully inject with vinegar and it will start to wilt
For the future, post pics under white lighting for easy assessment
