It's the start of a new week! I'm just curious to see what everyone's agenda this week regarding their tanks is. For me, it's just simple upkeep and ensuring nothing dies.

Bought a used acrylic 115 gallons with sump, brand new stand and canopy.
Bought a bunch of the gear that will come with it when delivered. But just needing my smaller items now, RODI system, heater controller, and looking at ATO systems as well. Open to any suggestions you might have as well.

Just finished my battle with dino's and red cyano, so my plan is to slowly ramp the lights back up and keep testing parameters daily until I'm comfortable!

What are you planning on picking up at the show?

I’m getting a delivery of two dwarf angels from Dr Reef on Wednesday. After that I need to work on finding new ways of hiding the money I’m spending from my husband so I can buy more fish and coral.

My first tank is coming in this week, its a red sea max nano g2 xl. Got most of the supplies at my lfs yesterday, taking my time scaping the dry rock in my garage and setting up the ro-di unit. Lots going on this week, exciting! I'll get a build thread going soon.

About to go on vacation for 10 days so I'm going through the checklist: meet with the tank sitter, keep supplies out for tank sitter, top off ATO, make an extra batch of saltwater just incase, clean pumps, check heater elements, add AB plus to dose, check AFR dosing and top off reservoir, water change before I leave, setup webcam, etc.

As I don't have a tank yet, I'll have to settle for tarping out my 3+ cords of wood. Which is FAR more fun! Oh, and cleaning house. And cooking. And laundry.

I’ve got a whole list of tweaks going on

Dosing iron and nickel
Raised ph last week so am monitoring that
Water change wednesday
Raising calcium and magnesium
Stabilising kh at 10
Reducing po4 to .1
Reducing nitrates to 10
Feeding corals Red Sea ab+
Send of icp

I know it’s frowned upon to make more than one change at a time but all will be done slowly but by Friday I should be where I want to be
All in the name of achieving good colour and growth out of the corals

And no currently I’m not working
