What's on this candy cane? Quick ID please

Spotted these on a Candy Cane I picked up yesterday. Wondering if anyone knew what they were and if I should be concerned.

Looks like vermitid snails.

the bottom looks like aptasia, you should get rid of it with aptasia x or like product. not sure on the top
