What's the best lighting for frag tank?

I just set up my first frag tank this afternoon and wanted to know what's the best lighting? The frag rack has multiple layers for various coral needs, but what lighting would grow everything? It's only a 5 gallon tank as I'm just starting and currently has a zoomed reef sun bulb in there you get from Petco.

LEDs or T5s would be your best bet.

What type of corals? I would think a small diy led would be the cheapest for such a small tank.

I want it to be all corals eventually. Right now it's zoas and acans.
