What's the best lighting for zoanthids

The topic says it all. Which is better for zoas, metal halide or T5's?

It doesn't matter, its all personal preference in the end. I have high light (400+ par) zoa/palys, and lower light ones. The lighting is all up to what you want to run.

i have over 60 types of zoas and they all require different light.. just trial and error for me .. i just know which zoas likes what light and how much of it.. been over 10 years now.. :squigglemouth:
