I thought I would try reef fission but after two days of dosing my alk has not moved. Just wondering what everyone else was using.
What's the best two part.

I use the diy with randy's recipe #1 ..... I have to dose quite a bit and it is much cheaper and works great. I don't know anything about the reef fission but if you've been dosing and the alk has not moved - perhaps the amount you are dosing right now is only enough for maintenance for what the tank is using each day and the dose needs to be increased - or use some baking soda - to actually raise the level.

I use the BRS 2-part,it is pharmaceutical grade and mixes up very well,it's been working great for me.....
