Whats the issue with my LT toadstool??

I have 2 toad stools, ST and LT. ST is doing fine, but LT has got these white patches, and its not just opening. Iv had them since a year.

The only thing i have done is dosed fluconazole for GHA and dosed hydrogen peroxide 10ml target in my 130g (100g water volume)

Very likely irritated from your dosing. Run some GAC and do a water change.
Give it some time and it may sloth off a layer of skin before to opens back up.
 
Sarcophyton spp. will also shed that outer layer periodically, and they look terrible during the process. It should eventually slough it off and reopen but it can take a while. Give it time and watch it, if you see any necrosis soon then something else is happening not shedding, but that's my guess is that it's shedding.

Never saw such white patches, so a bit concerned
