Whats the last fish you lost?

Had a sad day today, Blue Flasher Wrasse came from the wholesaler in bad shape, then he proceeded to get his mouth stuck on the net when i was lowering him into my QT, and that put him over the edge, he didn't end up making it. Sometimes it seems like even when you do everything you can, some fish just don't make it.

Achilles tang a show size paid $459 for it. had ich was doing good through qt and lived through CP and copper rounds and one day just quit eating and second day i found it dead.

First diamond tail wrasse I got so kind of parasite got him while in qt.

Lineatus and solorensis wrasse. Both happened the same way. Came home from school and their back was drooping and could no longer swim. Lineatus lasted about 2 weeks after I moved him to the refugium, solorensis only 3 days.

Diamond Goby jumped out of a QT tank that had a standard aquarium hood on it, so I guess he got out of the opening around the HOB filter.

Lost a 2 year old powder brown tang today. Dreaded ich got him. Parameters were spot on, suspect summer temps a little higher than normal brought on ich. RIP bud

3 year old YWG went into the trashcan with the rock when I did the tank transfer in March. I never saw him again.

My 6 line wrasse. Had a parasite on him when i bought him apparently and it overcame him. Was my third fish ever.. really worried about my clowns now..

Silver mollie. As silly as that is, she was quite fun to watch. Clowns are quite bratty fish it seems.

I hear ya...only fish I've ever lost in my aquarium! Lost a Sunburst Anthias and Majestic Angel Juvi both in QT at same time.. Both came from same place so I'm guessing parasite that I just did not pick up on soon enough....
