Can any id this brown stuff on my rocks, sand, and glass.

Looks like typical tank film algae or what not. Nothing to be worried about!

Tank is about a month or so.

Tank is about a month or so.

Sounds like the typical "new tank uglies". It will go away as the tank matures. But to help clean it off, blow it off with a turkey baster, brush it off with a toothbrush, and make sure you have a good clean up crew. And also keep up with water changes and other maintenance routines.
