Whats this creature?

Its about 1/4" long, clear, has a distinct head but other than that looks like a hair or tube. Check out the video. I saw 2 of them but my wrasse ate one. What is it?

I was lucky to get a video and haven't seen it since. I can tell you it was very transparent and you could barely tell the head from the tail.
