what's this fish?

the fish is mostly hiding behind the rocks, coming out to eat algae or nori.
only been in the tank for a couple days

Did he qt him at all? I see some spots on him and some blotchy areas.

That is scary that your friend doesn’t know what type of fish that is before he bought it, does he know it’s fins are poisonous?
