What's this injury or else?

My regal has this frayed fin on one side and on the body behind the fin there is this piece of scale/flesh missing. It has been developing for about a week even though it has not gotten much worse it's not getting better either. I have no aggressive fish in the tank and 90% of the corals are sps. I have not added a coral for a long time. It seems to be bothered by it and scratch sometimes.

If it's a simple skin injury is there any medicine i can use to help it heal?

Pectoral. Looks like a cut but deeper. Deeper than scratches.

What I see doesn't look bad enough to worry about yet. Start soaking his food with vitamin supplements (Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem). If he's healthy, his immune system will do the rest.
