What's this little worm?

Just seen this little guy in the tank for the first time a few minutes ago. It was only about 1/2" in length.

I found this one in my sand bed the other day and I don't think it's the same. Any ideas on what either might be?

It's a Dorvilleidae, good guy.

I have a bunch of them in my tank. They're great. Mine eat algae and detritus.
