What's this on my chateo?

Just picked up a ball of chateo from my lfs. I dipped it in coral rx for ten minutes, killed a lot of pods . Didn't see anything else come off of it. Placed it in the tank, and am now noticing tiny red pods. They are balls, not worms or any creature. Is this normal?

its hard to tell from the picture, but my best guess is red planaria, although the rx shouldve killed those off

These are the best photos I can get. Watched them for a bit, in the tank and out of it. Didn't move one bit. I can scratch them off though. Like I said, I dipped them in coral rx for ten minutes. If it is planaria, should I be worried? Took the chateo out of my tank for the night.

red planaria are harmless, they can just get overpopulated and look bad in a tank. maybe try rinsing in ro to knock the dead ones off

So you think they are all dead then? Should I order some flatworm exit to be safe?

the time in the rx shouldve killed them all, you can always use flatworm exit down the road if you spot some crawling in the tank
