I noticed one of my clowns wasn't swimming a ton and went to investigate. There appeared to be something under his bottom fin. Any ideas?

That may be the result of a parasite of some sort, in which Praziquantel or Metronidazole may help. In any case, it's going to provide an opening for bacteria to move in - in which case, a combination of Metronidazole (same stuff), Kanaplex and Furan-2 would be beneficial.

Hoping that @melypr1985, @Humblefish or @ngoodermuth can add clarification about the protrusion . . .

Yes, that definitely looks bacterial.

Do the following:
- 5 minute freshwater dip
- 60 minute Acriflavin bath
- 5 minute freshwater dip
- Place kn QT with Furan-2 & Kanaplax.

Good luck.

IMO; doing two FW dips within such a short timespan is excessive & stressful. Best to give the fish at least 24 hrs in-between to recuperate.

Could this be The parasite that causes it? I just found it in my filters sock.
