Whats going on with my torch? It acts fine, extends well and my parameters are fine. Is this bleaching?

Looks like Asterina stars have been munching on some algae.

I'm never good at looking at these pictures...maybe because I'm colorblind, but is that black and white thing on the left a sundial snail (heliacus sp)?
