Seems to be dried live rock so as far as I know it’s good to put in your tank but it won’t come with any hitchhikers take that as you will

Yea you can grow coral on it, only difference is live rock still has all the bactieria mood n it etc dry has none of that. With growing coral on it, I’d let it be in your tank a couple of days / weeks before putting anything on it through

Welcome to R2R, Yvonne. If this is a brand new tank, you will need to cycle the tank and rock before adding any corals or fish. These are good places to start

BTW, wet rock (live rock) comes already cycled either from the ocean or an established tank. Dry rock needs to be cycled first. The process takes 30-40 days.
