What's this stuff coming off my chateo?

I'll take a video after work, but they are tiny dust particles coming from the chamber. They are continuously flowing from the chamber, and into the tank. A lot of debris floating in my tank now. In the chamber before the chateo I have pads and floss. I did just have a huge pod explosion, so I don't know if they are possibly incredibly tiny pods, or pod eggs? If that's the case, I'll have millions of pods.

Could very well be pods. Some varieties are very small

This stuff just accumulates, looks like dust. It's past my filters, so I don't think that much debris is getting by. Could it be eggs, or waste from pods?
