Looks like aiptasia, and if it is, its foe

Its aptasia. Considered and is a pest that will spread and sting nearby coral.
Using a syringe, inject either lemon juice OR kalkwasser powder mixed into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the very CENTER core of the aptasia and it will melt away
