With a fuzzy photo and all red light, I wouldn't even try to guess.

Any chance you can take a flash photo so we see it in white light... and better focus?

I see it in the photo. It looks like a strand of over-cooked spaghetti, but I have no idea what type of worm it is. Someone here will know, no doubt.
