I got some neat zoas at Reefapolooza last year and they were doing great. A few months ago they took off and attached to my rocks and were multiplying well. About 3 weeks ago they started to not open. Then they shriveled. I pulled then off the rock and found they were attached by a very large, pink sponge. I'm not sure if the sponge did them in or what's in the pic. There are 2 of these- they look like a different type of zoa but I'm not sure. They are a plain purple color. Not vivid. Just to the side you can see one of the green polyps that is trying to hang on. The plug that is now bare was covered in the green and orange ones just a month ago.

looks kid of like aptasia but it is kind of hard to tell from the picture.
Could you maybe get one with less blue?

Yea I hear you! My new lights come in today but for now that's my iPhone with a gel orange filter. It's not Aptasia. It's purple. I'll try another shot.
