for that sized frag (and without any LE/rare type of lineage), i'd say $20-$35'ish.

no clue, although i imagine its an indication of more light on that side, and/or stronger flow on that side.

Nice, aren't they? I bought a rock w/a bunch of them on it, then it got reduced to 3 polyps. Finally growing out. I think they're starting to grow onto the wall too & then I can scrape some off.
