hard to tell, but looks like some type of flatworm. Does it have a shell?

Does it move? If not could be some kind of sponge, that little wisp on the lower right looks sort of like a sponge vent.

Otherwise flatworm would be my first guess too.

Don't move and when I tried to move it it came off in one piece. When I zoomed in I could see little bug type things moving around it. Coral looks fine now it has come off. Could this still be a flatworm as it was hard and didn't move but fell into a whole in my live rock.

Doesnt sound like a flatworm but no guesses as what it is.

No shell. Came off in one piece.

Wasn't moving and came off as a chunk is probably still sponge in my book - maybe you have a magnifier and can look at the texture in a bit more detail to try and confirm. The little bugs look like amphipods or other small beneficial pods and are scavenging - not something to be worried about.

Everyone basically starts with it all being new, and even when you aren't, it's amazing the things you discover in your tank after it's a year or more old that you didn't put in there.
