Ok so when I first saw corals getting called "rainbow" this or "rainbow" that I feel like it use to be 4 or 5 colors was the standard for being labeled "rainbow" now I see more and more corals with only 3 colors picking up the label. Is this just me?

Nah, vendors are trying to jack the price up because rainbow sounds better than tricolor. It use to be kind of a standard that a coral had to have 5+ colors before it could be considered rainbow.

agreed. 5+, maybe 4 colors to be a rainbow. three just doesnt cut it IMO.

They think people are color blind in the coral bizz. Rainbow this, Master that, and Yellow is the new Neon Green. There are at least 5 colors in a rainbow, minimum.

Blah blah blah to me. Names and tags mean absolutely nothing to me at all. The only reason for names is to identify in my book.

Agree 100% Pete...I have a simple philosophy...if I like it, I buy it, regardless of what they call it.
