Tentacles had thinned out slight and its spewing brown mucus stuff.

I did do a water change about 5 hours ago

It's probably just pooping. If it doesn't bounce back to normal within a day or so then you might have to start looking for answers. GL.

First time I've ever seen it poop and I had it since September lol

Sometimes a water change will make them deflate and poop, just cause. My plate does all sorts of funky things but is still going strong

Agreed, if your water is testing right I would give it a couple days.
