What's up with naso's nose??

Hey I know naso tangs have one spot in front of their nose that is like a little antenna but it looks eroded around that spot and seems to have a second spot right next to it it's like this on both sides is I HLE or hole in head or something like that?

That's what I was thinking but just wasn't sure 7 years of keeping gangs never had to deal with it before just got him and his girly friend the other day!

My Naso the other day had this hug white hard pointy looking something protruding out of the side of its head area. I was thinking it was in big trouble but after 2 days it was gone. Not sure what it was.
