What's up with these corals?

My candy cane coral has a weird swollen head and my Duncan has a hole in it...whats going on?

LPS can puff up - nothing to worry about. Could be a feeding response from the candy cane.

Hole in the duncan is it's mouth.

I didn't see that the first time around. Yea, it could be putting out an additional head/preparing to. I wouldn't worry about it.
