Could be flukes or a bacterial infection due to an injury. Do both eyes look like this or just the one eye?

Thanks. I would agree it seems bacterial. Can it resolve itself?

Hmmm that may be. Can it resolve itself and does this mean all my fish have it?

You would need to treat all fish with Prazipro (reef safe) 2x, spaced 5-7 days apart. However, any fish with flukes in the eyes will need to be given a FW dip prior to Prazipro treatment.

Also look here: Video - How to do a Freshwater Dip

Thank you. I can dose directly into my DT? Also if I don't treat is it automatic that all fish have or will get it?

Flukes are easily transmissible, so odds are if one fish has it then your other fish will eventually get them too.

I have hundreds of fan worms and bristle worms.
This is a problem, as Prazipro has the potential to kill these. A massive die-off could lead to an ammonia spike. :(

That's what I'm concerned about. Can fish fight it like they can ich?

Man that sucks...

You might be OK (oftentimes the bristle worms/tube worms do not die); but I cannot guarantee that.

Your other option would be to treat using Prazipro in a QT, and go fallow in the DT for 4 weeks.

The issue is that it would be too difficult to get all the fish out.

Definitely not. He doesn't do any of that. I recently added a copperband that may twitch a bit though.
