Whats wrong my my Zoa?

This little frag looked awesome until a few days ago, It closed up and started growing weird.

I hope nothing is wrong with it and it is just doing something normal. Any ideas?

Definitely looks annoyed. Is that something on the tip of the polyp?

It did puke that out of the end of it.
As far as water tests, The stuff I test for, Phosphates 0, Salinity 1.025, alk, 8.2, Calcium 450.

That is the stuff I test for but can have the LFS test for other things if needed.

I have a lot of different coral and everything else looks great as usual.

Also I might be confused of the type of coral this is?

Do you have a picture of it open?

This was one that I could not get a good pic of. What ever happened to it killed it. It became brittle and fell off of the frag rock.
