I got Marty, a Pink Spotted Watchman Goby, about a week ago. I was watching him while feeding earlier and noticed he has a rough patch of blackened scales and it appears there is some kind of parisite moving under his skin (see attached video). What is wrong with Marty and how can i treat him?

Looks like a worm. I recommend binding general cure to food and seeing if that works to kill the parasite. Rough patch could be caused by the parasite or it could be a bacterial infection as the scales kinda look raised to me but it looks more like the worm made a path through its body and that is what caused the raised scales

Looks like digenetic flukes ( a type of flatworm). They can grow up to almost a half an inch in length. They can lodge themselves on and under the skin, fins, inside the gut, blood system or bladder. As posted above treating internally with General Cure + Food + Focus will get the meds internally to the fish. But your fish is displaying the flukes "externally" suggest you consider dosing a QT into the water with General Cure. Dose and then 5-7 days apart dose again with a 25% water change before the second dose. Good luck with your pink spot. Mines looking at me right now. I think he's hungry. LOL
