I have three Anemones in my aquarium. Two RBTA and one Green long tentacle.
For the past 5 weeks they have gone from their usual self to the pics you'll see below.
All my parameters are normal and my corals and fish look as they should.
The only changes are:
-Removal of sandbed, now it's (Barebottom).
-Switched from Reefbreeders LED to T5 fixture.
Please help me bring back these Anemones.

(Corals pics are to give an idea of the water quality)

Those are 2 really big changes for a tank. I would do small daily water changes and I bet they will come back slowly.

I agree..really big changes are causing them to be stressed. The lta will not survive in a bare bottom tank. You can add a container of sand to keep it alive

Definitely the removal of the sand bed (which housed plentiful bacteria) have been depleted which more than likely kept parameters in check and at bay. As stated above slow and steady water changes may be your best bet. Hope that helps and good luck.

The changes were made weeks ago and I have been doing consistent water changes to make sure everything is happy.
I've even got coraline algae growing for the first time in this Tank.
Should I feed the RBTAs or remove them from the Tank?

Do not feed them..that will cause even more unwanted stress. If the foot is still attached I would give them a chance
