What's wrong with my Black widow??

So a few weeks about my Rainbow BTA split and one moved next to my BW and made it move from its spot. Since then it's moved ALL over the tank every day. For the past few days it keeps deflating like this

Then inflating to acceptable (but never to it's former self) levels. It used to look like this

All the other nems look great and never move

Any thoughts? Water parameters are all norm and just did a 20% WC yesterday....
