When I got this little guy, he was beautiful.

Now... he is kind of an eye soar.

I have had him roughly 6 months, and I have a feeling it is a sign of inefficient light. Recently I have increased the power of my CW lights and it seems to be happier... I use to have it to 20%. Now It peaks out at 50% during the day.

Will it ever get pretty again?

I have a RBTA that did the same thing. Slowly lost color, turned neon pink, got the white streaking on the body. I was told it expelled its zooxanthellae, thus i started to spot feed it small amounts of food every other day. No clue what caused it, it declined like this over a long period of time and eventually split. I was told to dose iodine which hasn't really made much of a difference, but i bought some of that zooxanthellae in a bottle stuff to try and help it rebound, still too early to tell. All of my parameters were/are in check as well; thriving softies, LPS, SPS, etc.

it's light depraved, the short tentacles are a tell tale sign. Increase the light slowly and spot feed it SMALL foods I use @ReefFrenzy and have brought back several nems with it.
you can also try to soak its food in selcon.
best of luck PM me or tag me if you have any issues i'm happy to help

After having the same issue, mine went further down the tank vs higher up. Assuming that it would know to move towards the light to acquire more of it, why would it move away from the light? I guess flow could have worked against it?

Alright, I got some ReefFrenzy and started spot feeding it for the past week, it seems to be a little better. The spot feeding led to my clown hosting it too.
