What's wrong with my candy coral?

I had this coral for about a year now and just about couple months ago it started to shrivel up and this clear film started to cover the stem of it. All my peremiters are normal. Here's a video on my channel, like and subscribe.

That is sponge growth. I would either remove the pieces and scrub it off with a soft tooth brush or attempt scrub it off in the display.

I will attempt to do that. Someone also suggested a coral dip like revive. I will try that too while scrubbing with a tooth brush.
