Seemingly overnight this white squiggly line has formed on my zoanthid. None of my other coral appear affected and all my water parameters are WNL, only change I've made is I added a sump and protein skimmer, but that was about a week ago and I just noticed this yesterday. It still opens and seems happy today, but it's freaking me out a little, any insight? Thank you all at r2r for your help of a newbie.

Look like Sundial Snail eggs predatory on zoanthids.

If you have snails... it's their eggs. always happend to my tanks, now i got a lot of baby snail in my tank. Congrats Dude a sign your tank is in good shape.

Haha, I am relieved, I was afraid it was something that may be nibbling away at my coral. Thank you for the info, always greatly appreciated

As always KJ has probably nailed the ID. Not my images.

Nature takes care of it's self, eggs are laid near a food source. They are predatory and you need to manually remove eggs and snails.
