What's wrong with my duncan?!

This was the best growing coral in my tank and now it looks swelled up on its side? What should I do?

If it is the brown jelly? yes. Is really hard to see in that light. but as far as the duncan. The way the tentacles look, its pretty bad. If you hurry and clean it and keep it in some stable perfect water you might save a head, MAYBE. but it really has to be cleaned asap. and a better picture would help. I would removed it from the others asap though.

do you have red algae in your tank any where else? if you do and that is spread it can smoother corals also. It kind of looks red in that pic.

I've had good luck with a peroxide dip followed by quarantine in the past for similar looking issues on my duncans.
